Nineteen ships laden with foods, petroleum products and other goods have arrived Lagos ports.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its daily publication, `Shipping Position,’ made available to newsmen in Lagos.
According to the document, six of the ships arrived the ports with rice,
