The Senate on Wednesday considered the N346 billion 2019 budget proposal of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). This is as the Senate Committee on Niger Delta Affairs officially recognised the Interim Management Committee (IMC) it had rejected. The committee is headed by Joy Yimebe Nunie
