NBC will implement Buhari’s approved reforms, but won’t gag citizens freedom says DG

The Acting Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), Armstrong Idachaba have stated that the commission is committed to the full implementation of the broadcast reforms approved by President Muhammadu Buhari, assuring that it will not gag citizens freedom of expression. The
