Nigeria’s Shola Taylor takes over as the secretary general/chief executive of the 54-member nation Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) today.
His appointment was announced in London on June 16. He succeeds Tim Unwin, whose tenure expired yesterday.
