The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), on Friday said that the planned increase in data tariff by telecom operators was to create competition in the sector. Alhaji Ismail Adedigba, NCC Deputy Director, Consumer Affairs Bureau, stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
