Former heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have officially signed a deal for a long-awaited all-British clash this year.
Anthony Joshua is expected to return to the ring in July against Albanian Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia, marking his comeback after a car accident in Nigeria that tragically claimed the lives of two close friends.

Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, confirmed that a deal has been agreed for Joshua to then fight Fury, ending years of speculation and failed negotiations.
“Signed, sealed, delivered! AJ v Fury is on!” Hearn announced on Instagram. “The biggest piece of business we’ve ever done, but more importantly, the one we’ve always wanted.”

While no official date or venue has been confirmed, the bout is expected to take place in November and could be broadcast on Netflix.
Anthony Joshua, who last fought in a sixth-round knockout win over Jake Paul, said he has taken time to reset ahead of his return.
“It’s no secret I’ve taken some time to consolidate and rebuild to be ready for stepping back into the ring,” he said.
Fury recently ended a 16-month retirement with a unanimous-decision victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov.
Both fighters have twice lost to reigning heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, adding further intrigue to a bout long demanded by boxing fans.
Joshua holds a record of 29 wins (26 by knockout) and four defeats, while Fury stands at 35 wins, one draw and two losses in his professional career.
