James Kwen, Abuja The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC says it has uncovered plans by Uche Nwosu, governorship candidate of the Action Alliance, AA and his supporters to cause crisis at it's Presidential campaign rally scheduled on Tuesday at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, in Owerri, Imo State.
