Unknown gunmen in the early hours of Monday attacked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) headquarters in Owerri, Imo State. Festus Okoye, INEC national commissioner and chairman, information and voter education committee, disclosed this in a statement issued in Abuja on Monday.
