A man in Kaduna has been arrested with ₦25,963,000 in what security operatives believe was a mission to buy votes in the ongoing by-election in parts of Kaduna and 11 other states.
The suspect was nabbed only a few hours to the conduct of elections Saturday.
Identified as Shehu Aliyu Patangi
