A three storey plaza in trade fair complex around Abulado is currently being raised down by fire.

BusinessDay learnt that part of the building is a warehouse loaded with perfumes, which has continued to increase the inferno.

Fire service is currently on ground trying to quench the fire but all to no avail as sounds of blast from the perfumes kept raising flames from the building.

A staff of the fire service expressed frustration with the incident.

“We are doing our best to quench the fire but as you can see the more we try, the more it seems our efforts are being frustrated,” the fireman said.

Beside the building is a two-storey gradually being affected by the fire as BusinessDay noticed the roofs from the building beside the affected one is already been consumed by the fire.

The cause of the fire is yet to be confirmed but eye witnesses told BusinessDay that it is most likely an electrical issue which aggravated to a full blown inferno as a result of the gas-infused perfumes stored in part of building.

The management of the Trade fair had immediately ordered that marketers evaquate buildings around the environment until the fire has been successfully quenched.
