BO Properties held its Realtors’ Incentive Event for the Second Half of 2025 on Saturday, 31 January 2026. The gathering brought together realtors, partners and stakeholders to recognise sales results recorded during the review period and to outline plans within the company’s real estate operations in Nigeria.
The event formed part of BO Properties’ approach to recognising contributions made by its realtor network. Speaking at the gathering, the Chief Executive Officer, Ifedayo Okungbowa, said the company places value on the people who support its operations and sales outcomes.
“At BO Properties, we believe that excellence deserves to be seen, celebrated, and rewarded. Our realtors are the backbone of our success, and this event is our way of saying: your work matters,” Okungbowa said.
A key moment of the ceremony was the presentation of a Lexus RX 350 to Oyindamola Gbadebo, who recorded the highest sales figures for the period under review. The presentation drew a response from attendees and reflected the incentive structure within the company’s realtor framework.
Other participants were also recognised during the ceremony. Yusuf Sheriff received a MacBook Pro. Asogba Semilore and Pastor Olusoji Agboola each received an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Idris Maryam received a shopping voucher valued at ₦1 million in recognition of her sales record.
In addition to the presentations, BO Properties used the event to brief attendees on projects within its portfolio. Realtors and investors received information on property offerings and investment options aligned with different market needs and ownership plans.
The company noted that the session provided an avenue for discussion between management, realtors and investors, with a focus on access, clarity and shared goals within property transactions. Observers within the sector say programmes of this nature contribute to stronger working relationships and clearer expectations between firms and their sales partners.
BO Properties stated that it remains open to engagement with investors seeking information on property options. Details on available projects can be found on the company’s website.
Realtors who wish to join the BO Properties network have also been invited to make contact through phone or email. According to the company, the onboarding process includes access to guidance, sales opportunities and a reward structure linked to performance.
The company said it will continue to use its incentive programme as part of its business model, with a focus on recognition, participation and shared outcomes across its realtor network.
