Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Saturday confirmed that four persons died and no fewer than 11 hospitalised from burns following an explosion in a gas plant at Agbor on Friday. The governor disclosed this to newsmen after visiting the plant as well as families of victims of the incident.
