Dangote Cement H1 profit falls to N107.06 billion

Nigeria’s Dangote Cement said on Friday its half year pretax profit fell to N107.06 billion ($659.4 million), down 0.57 percent from N107.68 billion a year ago.

But turnover rose to N208.91 billion during the six months period to June 30, compared with N198.46 billion last year, the cement company said in a filing with Nigerian Stock Exchange.
