Victor Ufot, managing director of Tentrade, a leading multi-asset online brokerage firm, has encouraged Nigerians to explore opportunities in the forex market as a viable means of diversifying their sources of income.

Ufot said that participating in the global foreign exchange market can help individuals build financial resilience, which can help to fight poverty, unemployment, leading to inclusive growth, especially in light of Nigeria’s current economic challenges.

Ufot stated this at this year’s Tentrade partners summit which was held in Lagos.

He emphasized the importance of financial education and responsible trading, urging Nigerians to take advantage of regulated platforms like Tentrade to invest their money safely and wisely.

Ufot, who is a financial marketing consultant for over twenty years, pointed out that since its establishment in 2023,Tentrade has consistently empowered many Nigerians, both young and adult, to be financially independent, linking them to global markets for online CFD forex trading.

According to him, we don’t only give you access to commission, we give tools, freedom to do a lot of things on our platform.

“We give training and it is free. If you want to learn trading in a good academy it is about a thousand dollars, but it is free in Tentrade for every client in our platform,” he said.

Speaking further, Ufot said: “Right now we are working to make Tentrade a household name in Africa given the financial literacy to our people young and old.

“Financial literacy cannot be overemphasized, why do people lose money to ponzi schemes; Cebex etc?

“It is because of lack of financial literacy and one of our goals is to teach people what is realistic and what is not. What you don’t need to know when you see unrealistic investments etc.

“How do you manage your investment? Trading with Tentrade offers a whole lot.

“It is about empowering our young people to be financially independent and intelligent.

“It is through that you can navigate the murky waters of the market and generate consistent return and profit”.

Also speaking at the event, Princess Momodu, partnership Manager for Tentrade Africa, said trading with Tentrade offers a whole lot of benefits that could not be seen elsewhere in the sector.

He said Tentrade offers numerous programs and initiatives to assist new partners and individuals to navigate the difficulty of starting new as a trader.

“We offer a whole lot on our platform, we do what other traders do not offer. We don’t leave our partners with commission alone. Through the Tentrade funded program, you can pick up from anywhere and move.

“We have what we call the funded trader program. We have that for our partners, through that we make sure that they are doing really well.

According to Momodu, We give them a huge amount of commission in every referral and also give support for every business added to our platform.

“So we don’t leave our clients with commission alone, we help them build communities, mentorship”, she said.

Sharing his experience trading with Tentrade as a partner, David Nwoye said partnering with Tentrade has been rewarding financially and fulfilling, stressing that the firm offered him financial support which allows him to scale up and maximize his investment.

According to him, to partner with Tentrade is a wonderful opportunity and one of them is a funded opportunity.

“When I started I did not have the opportunity for big capital; I had a small account but during the period Tentrade offered me the opportunity to have access to capital and trade and scale up.

“If you don’t have access to the funded program, it would take a while for you to have money and scale up.

“Through a Tentrade funded program you can pick up from anywhere and move”.

The partnership event was designed to strengthen relationships within Tentrade’s African partner Network.

The conference also served as a networking hub, giving participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, explore new ideas, and forge alliances with like-minded leaders across the continent.

Attendees also got a first-hand look at Tentrade’s upcoming initiatives tailored specifically to the African market, including localized support programs, custom marketing tools, and enhanced partner reward systems aimed at improving partner performance and client retention.
