Nests and Nails Nigeria Ltd. has strengthened its role in linking Nigerian investors to Dubai’s property market after hosting an exhibition and roadshow at Transcorp Hilton Abuja.

The event, held in partnership with DAMAC Properties, brought together investors seeking access to property opportunities in the United Arab Emirates. It also highlighted a growing shift among Nigerians towards assets tied to foreign currencies and long-term residency options.

Nests and Nails operates as an official channel partner for DAMAC, giving it access to the developer’s property listings and support from its Dubai-based team. The firm’s chief executive, Oladipupo Akinkunmi, said the partnership was created to connect investors in Nigeria and across Africa with structured property transactions abroad.

“Our mission is to ensure that every Nigerian investor has a secure, transparent, and direct link to the world’s most lucrative real estate market,” he said. “By combining DAMAC’s architectural excellence with our local expertise and commitment to escrow-backed security, we aren’t just selling property—we are securing legacies and connecting Africa to the global stage.”

A key focus of the roadshow was the UAE Golden Visa. The visa offers a ten-year residency permit and allows holders to sponsor family members. It also permits extended stays outside the UAE without losing residency status.

Nests and Nails said it provides guidance to help Nigerian investors navigate the process of securing the visa through property investment. The firm noted that demand for residency-linked investment options has increased as individuals seek stability and global mobility.

Investor protection was another central theme at the event. The company stated that all transactions conducted through its partnership with DAMAC are backed by escrow arrangements regulated by the Dubai Land Department. Under this system, funds are held in escrow accounts and released in stages based on construction progress.

The roadshow also addressed factors influencing interest in Dubai’s property market, including tax policies, rental income potential and currency stability. According to the organisers, these elements continue to attract Nigerian investors looking to diversify their portfolios.

As cross-border investment activity grows, Nests and Nails said it intends to expand its role in connecting African investors with international property markets, with Dubai remaining a key destination.
