Lekki Concession Company (LCC), operators of the Lekki Tollgate Plaza in Lagos, on Friday refused to tender the video footage of the Lekki shooting before the investigative panel, saying it could only do so if its lawyer was present at the panel sitting.
The LCC also hinted of the possible damage
