The pressure being faced by Nigeria’s 36 states was further revealed by data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), on Thursday. The data shows that the states lost N25.19 billion in IGR in 2015 compared to what they collected in 2014 (Ebonyi state is yet to release its IGR data).
