Why Lagos needs to do more on roads infrastructure

By sheer number, Lagos qualifies as a megacity. But unlike other megacities of the world such as Kolkata, India; Tokyo-Yokohama, Japan; Jakarta, Indonesia; Delhi, India, and Shanghai in China, Lagos is not fluid because transportation is impaired by inadequate and dilapidated roads infrastructure.
