Siemens, a global technology leader has signed a cooperation agreement with Proton Energy Limited for the development of a 500MW Independent Power Plant to be situated in Delta State, Nigeria. The project is planned to be executed in phases beginning with 125 MW scheduled to be realized in 2015.
