Oil firms plan $400 million modular refineries in delta communities

Wright Global Group, a private oil firm has outlined plans to set up modular refineries that will cost between $300 million to $400 million in two communities in Delta State. Isaac Wright, managing director of the firm made the disclosure when he paid a courtesy visit to Delta State Governor, Ifea
