Do we really need to grow what we eat?

While commissioning the N50 billion new Flour Mills sugar plant in Niger State on February 15, President Muhammadu Buhari said that his government’s agricultural vision ‘continues to be a country that grows what it eats.’ The president is not saying this for the first time. It has become, for
