Kunle Folarin, the chairman, Ports Consultative Council (PCC), on Tuesday advised the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) to revive its defunct organs of trade facilitation.
Folarin gave the advice in Lagos during a courtesy call by members of the PCC on the acting executive secretary of the NSC,
