The House of Representatives has begun debate on the N13.082 trillion 2021 budget presented to the National Assembly by President Muhammadu Buhari last Thursday. This followed a motion for the 2021 Appropriation Bill to be read for the second time moved by the Majority Leader, Alhassan Ado-Doguwa
