Nigeria’s construction industry continues to expand rapidly, yet the process of sourcing building materials remains fragmented and inefficient. SezaPro, a PropTech marketplace, is addressing this challenge by connecting contractors and developers directly with verified building material vendors through a streamlined digital platform.

Founded by Oyindamola Bode-Olumodeji, with Abisoye Omolale serving as Chief Operating Officer, SezaPro enables builders to procure materials such as cement, iron rods, and blocks more efficiently while improving price transparency and reducing procurement delays. The platform also integrates access to construction financing through partnerships with development finance institutions, helping builders move projects forward without being slowed by cash flow constraints.

“In construction, delays often come from procurement challenges,” says Oyindamola Olumodeji. “SezaPro simplifies the process by bringing vendors, buyers, and financing together in one ecosystem.”

Beyond efficiency, SezaPro is also championing inclusion in the construction value chain through “She Builds,” an initiative created by the company to support and spotlight women vendors and entrepreneurs in the building materials sector. The initiative aims to give women greater visibility, access to customers, and opportunities to grow their businesses within the industry.

By digitizing procurement while empowering women in construction supply chains, SezaPro is positioning itself as a platform that could reshape how construction materials are sourced and financed in Nigeria’s rapidly growing building sector.
