2015: Taraba PDP members warn against loss of state to opposition

In the absence of Danbaba Suntai, governor, Taraba State, who is in a German hospital, members of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Thursday stormed the national secretariat of the party in Abuja to warn that the state may lose to opposition in 2015.

Suntai is receiving treatment at a German hospital after his private jet he piloted crashed while on his way to Taraba from Adamawa.

Stakeholders from the state led by former state chairman of the party, Abdulmumuni Vaki, lodged their protest of marginalisation in the party to the National Working Committee of the PDP.
