The international community pledges 496 million dollars in humanitarian aid for the Central African Republic (CAR), EU Humanitarian Aid Commissioner Kristalina Georgieva says at the end of a donors meeting. "Today's meeting put an end to the CAR being an aid orphan forever,’’ Georgieva says.
