Rivers State women have begun accessing the 3,700 national tricycle scheme which empowers women riders to own, operate, and pay back. It allocated at least 100 pieces and the Rivers State wing was flagged off Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium in the Elekahia area of Port Harco
