Kehinde Ayinla of Accord Party on Thursday urged the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Ibadan to strike out the petition filed by Mr Mutiu Raji of APC.
Raji had filed a petition through his counsel, Mr Kazeem Gbadamosi, challenging the declaration of Ayinla by INEC as the winner of the election
