Kano: Bayero cancels Sallah Durbar over security concerns

Aminu Ado Bayero,  the 15th emir of Kano, has called off this year’s Sallah Durbar, citing security concerns and the need to uphold peace in the state. In a public statement, Bayero regretted the decision but emphasised that protecting lives and property takes precedence. He explained that giv
