Less than 48 hours to the end of his tenure, Nigeria’s outgoing president, Goodluck Jonathan, Wednesday signed the Tobacco Control Bill into law.
Jonathan’s tenure ends midnight of (today) May 28.
The signing of the bills was confirmed by the presidential spokesperson, Reuben Abati, on Wednesday
