Being a business/career ‘’shark’’… pays!!

In the business and career world, high players understand not to slack or be lame.  Infact there are business/career men and women you will encounter, you will want to be a housewife and just manage your household only.  Not that they bite or are cruel but they are so damned realistic, brutally honest/blunt and highly  professional in their dealings with people they do business with.  Such people know what it means to run a successful career and business and not willing to take chances or give loop holes for failure.  They will put all their cards on the table but you cannot play them off. They are nice, funny, jolly, high spirited, bling-bling, but certainly not stupid. They are the business/career Sharks!!! No nonesense business men/women!! High brain hackers that cannot stand lazy or non-competent associates/business work mates.

Business sharks know exactly what they want, how to get it and if you stand by their way, they will’’eat’’ you up just like sharks!!  No mercy!!  This is because, they are not interested in any other thing, not petty, but after one goal—SUCCESS which ofcourse they signed for.

As an Employer, when you are looking for employees that can deliver and give you what you want to make huge profits and build up your establishment, go for sharks!

How do you recognize them? Apart from what i already said above about them,  new employees who have the shark attributes are very bold and confident during interviews. Most of them can actually upset you and tend to also question you back when you ask certain ridiculous questions. You cannot rattle them easily because there is an inbuilt high confidence/self esteem (not being goofy/arrogant) in them. They can actually teach you more than you know when you interview them. When it comes to their wages/salary, they are not very draggy in what you pay them but more interested is exhibiting a high level of competence, skills, intelligence to stand out and do their clean runs.  Some can be very colorful and sophiscated especially women and that is their thing/style and you cannot stop them. Infact if they do not appear colorful, they seem to shrink at work. In as much as they do not have issues with employers negotiating salaries, never- ever- cheat them out when they strike a huge business deal for your company. Give them their deserved pay and everyone will be happy or else they will also use their shark fings on you!

Business/career sharks are highly intelligent employees and can close business deals like hell.  This is where they bring in their best. They  use all their professional machinery/bullets  to ensure their company never lost any mouth watering deal that can uplift the image of the company financially and socially.  As an employer, once you recognize sharks among your workers, do not disrespect them, play around with them, they have no time for jokes and pranks and are always at alert of all the happenings around them including the ones you, the owner/employer does not know.

They can be very protective of their employers( good employers though) and when you have them among your working team, you are covered.

Having said all these, business/career sharks are not easy to come by these days when lots of people are lazy and looking for fast /easy bucks.  It takes time for you to become one so if you are lazy and always looking for cheap take out- cutting corners at work place, forget it… sharks do not cut corners because they understand what it means to have a clear and lasting business deal which will profit their company. Cutting corners always turn around badly and that is one risk business/career sharks hardly take.  They are very patient to work on themselves no matter how long it takes because they are very focused and not looking at immediate results but long term results.

Now, one warning i could give you here when dealing with business sharks is not to bring in the gender card when having business deals. She will flip and make you curse the day you were born. Female business/career sharks do not care about the gender rubbish of- being a woman  i have some limits to go in my career and business, there are stuff i must not do because am a woman and all those bullshit about a woman not crossing certain business and career lines to succeed.  Again, female business sharks hate office romance and if you dare use that to manipulate them, they will crush your business deals and career runs. Trust me folks, am not kidding here…so be very careful when dealing with such employees and work mates.  ‘’NO –NONE –SENSE’’ is their inner mantra!!!

The male sharks can be jolly-jolly and most times, studs and having lots of broads hanging around them. This helps them to unwind as they work and be on top of their career but not for the females.

The Females understand that mixing their top professional shark attitude could ruin their runs…they will be misunderstood and business associate can not take them serious and deliver what they want. So they avoid office and business romance in their work process.

Someone could be asking if such females are also sharks at home with their husbands and family. Nope!!! Infact, when you meet them at home, they draw a line, they are very gentle and quiet. The only time they exhibit their shark atttude at home is when they have very difficult husband who always oppose feminine intelligence. If you are such a man, you are a gonner with such a woman. She will fix you pretty good for looking down on women abilities to be useful with their brains!!!  Be warned!!! I mean it!! Forget about being the head of the family, once you start having problems concerning her career when she is doing nothing else but being successful, and making meaningful contributions to the family upkeep but somehow, you are uneasy with her success, burst it….she will nail you!!  You will not enjoy being nailed by a woman abi? Trust me …You would not!!!

A business/career shark does not look for trouble both at home and at work so try stay off her way as much as possible if you are the type that play dirty work/home drama/ silly stuff. She stays from a distance monitoring and doing her runs and hardly step on people unless you refuse her to cross where she is supposed to.

Oh yeaah….they are very mentally strong and can hardly be a victim of circumstance. They learn from their mistake and do not make same mistake over and over.  They focus on their strenghts and not weakness!
