Further to the suspension of Shalom Investment and Financial Services Limited by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 20, 2014, the commission requested members of the public that had any capital market-related complaint against the suspended firm to forward same in writing to it. The official date for the public to do so was on or before August 30, 2014.

SEC said the information was to aid it in determining whether or not there are capital market (investor) complaints currently pending against Shalom Investment and Financial Services Limited or its directors before the firm’s suspension would be lifted by the commission.
