We have achieved 78.93% distribution of PVCs – INEC

Following the shift of dates for the conduct of the 2015 general election and sub- sequent extension for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) to March 8, The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it has so far recorded 78.93percent distribution of the PVCs to registered vote
