Andrew Alli: Bridging Africa’s infrastructural gap

Until his appointment in 2007, Andrew Alli served in Washington D.C. with the International Finance Corporation, a private sector funding arm of the World Bank Group, as an investment officer operating first in the oil, gas and mining department and eventually with the telecommunications division af
