AfDB president, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina also called for the immediate lifting of the travel bans given as the Omicron variant of the coronavirus has now been found in virtually every country on earth.
The African Development Bank (AfDB) says that Africa currently faces an infrastructure financing gap of between $68 billion and $108 billion annually.
According to the bank, this is in spite of collective efforts to close the margin.
