The police in Delta State say they have rescued a kidnapped victim. Spokesman of the police in the state, Edafe Bright, disclosed this to newsmen on Tuesday in Warri. Bright identified the victim as Ibude Celestine, saying she was rescued from her abductors on May 27, 2021 in Usiefurun community,
