While Nigeria wallows in the quota system over recruitment, Bank of Kigali, Rwanda has hired the services of Obinna Ukwuani - a Nigerian - to lead its digital innovation growth as Chief Digital Officer. Ukwuani will replace Regis Rugemanshuro who was appointed to head Rwanda Social Security Board
