Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has described late Nathaniel Folarin Coker as one of the front-runners in the race towards making Lagos a leading state in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region.
Coker, a retired permanent secretary in the Lagos public service, died in Lagos on Wednesday
