Egyptians face economic pain despite looser lockdown

Anxious to protect a fragile economy, Egypt has imposed looser coronavirus restrictions than other countries but the pandemic is still exacting a heavy economic toll. The streets of Cairo are choked with traffic, workers fill construction sites and millions travel on the underground to work. Yet
