The Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning Mrs Zainab Ahmed Wednesday said that N1.2 trillion has been released so far for capital expenditure out of the N2trillion budgets for the 2019 fiscal year. This, the minister said represented a fifty percent performance of the capital budget.
