Delta Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has expressed concern over the non-implementation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by some oil companies operating in the state.
Delta State governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has ordered the governing councils of seven tertiary institutions in the state to introduce technical education in their various institutions, saying it will ensure children in the state acquire entrepreneurial skills even outside the area of their studies.
