Akwa Ibom State governor, Udom Emmanuel, on Wednesday called on his political opponents to join hands with him to build a strong and viable state.
The governor was reacting to a Court of Appeal ruling in Calabar which affirmed his victory in the March 9 gubernatorial elections in Akwa Ibom State
