Enugu state Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has approved monthly contribution of N17 million as counterpart fund for Free Maternal and Child Health.
The programme was designed to provide primary healthcare to children under the ages of 0 to five and pregnant women at the grassroots level.
