Federal Government through the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said the Type C meningitis outbreak that claimed 1,166 lives is over in Nigeria.
A total 14,518 suspected cases of meningitis were reported from 25 states since it began in Zamfara State in December 2016.
