Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu extended an unprecedented invitation Thursday to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, urging him to address Israel's parliament.
Speaking at the U.N. General Assembly, Netanyahu offered in turn to appear before the Palestinian legislature.
