The Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) said it is set to work closely with the Nigerian Export Promotions Council (NEPC) to eliminate all impediments in policy and regulation militating against the development and promotion of non-oil export in the country.
