Ayodeji Oluwafemi, a communication professional and Managing Director of Mindshare Communications, has been inducted as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR), marking a key milestone in his career in strategic communication and public relations practice.
The induction recognises Oluwafemi’s contributions to journalism, communications strategy, and public engagement, as well as his commitment to upholding professional standards in Nigeria’s public relations industry.
Oluwafemi currently leads Mindshare Communications, where he supports organisations in developing corporate communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a communication strategist, media consultant, and educator, drawing from a strong background in journalism and media development.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Master of Science in Communication Studies from Lagos State University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Communication Studies, further strengthening his expertise in the field.
Reacting to the recognition, Oluwafemi said the membership reinforces his commitment to ethical communication practice, continuous professional development, and advancing strategic communication for national development.
The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations is Nigeria’s statutory body responsible for regulating and promoting professional public relations practice.
