Fola is the number one artist in Nigeria for October 2025, according to aggregated TurnTable Charts data covering the five chart weeks from October 3 to November 6. His Album ‘Catharsis’ has spent eight consecutive weeks at No. 1 (-November 13)on the charts, making it the longest-running number 1 album of 2025.
The 23-year-old singer and producer accumulated 1,905.08 points across the four complete October weeks (October 3–9, 10–16, 17–23, and 24–30), finishing ahead of Wizkid (1,453.06 points) and ODUMODUBLVCK (1,404.57 points). Fola topped the weekly artist index in all four published October weeks and extended the run into the first week of November.

The dominance came from his debut album Catharsis, released September 26, 2025. The 14-track project spent the entire month at No. 1 on the Official Nigeria Top 100 Albums chart. In the week ending October 30, catharsis generated 10.2 million on-demand streams, equivalent to 6,850 album units. Lead single “You” peaked at No. 3 on the Nigeria Top 100 songs chart with 2.8 million weekly streams, while “Eko” reached No. 7 with 1.8 million streams in the same frame.
Wizkid placed second for the month, driven by two high-impact singles. “Getting Paid” with Sarz, Asake and Skillibeng debuted at No. 2 on the Nigeria Top 100 in mid-October, while “BIG TIME” featuring ODUMODUBLVCK climbed to No. 3. ODUMODUBLVCK took third place, helped by his album INDUSTRY MACHINE debuting at No. 7 with 2.2 million first-week streams and the same “BIG TIME” single.
Asake finished fourth (1,233.99 points), largely on the strength of his verse on “Getting Paid.” Burna Boy rounded out the top five (857.92 points), supported by the longevity of his single “Love,” which logged its 15th week inside the top 10 by the end of October.
Rema (849.38 points), Davido (782.24 points), Seyi Vibez (684.45 points), Bella Shmurda (536.31 points) and Ayra Starr (397.22 points) completed the October top 10. Rema’s “FUN” held No. 1 on the songs chart for three consecutive weeks, and his collaboration with Ayra Starr, “Who’s Dat Girl,” debuted at No. 2. Davido benefited from the remix of Mavo’s “Shakabulizzy,” which peaked at No. 3.

The October 2025 artist index is calculated by summing the four weekly scores released between October 6 and October 27, plus the partial November 3 char,t where Fola again ranked first.
